All drivers must present a valid driving licence, a passport or national identification document, and a valid credit card issued in the main driver’s name.

Is an international driving permit (idp) necessary?

An International Driving Permit is required if your licence was issued outside the EU or is not printed in Latin characters. EU licences are accepted without an IDP.

what is the minimum age to rent a car?

The standard minimum age is 21 years. Drivers under 24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge, while drivers aged 70–74 may be subject to a senior driver surcharge and vehicle category restrictions.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is pre-authorised on the main driver’s payment card at collection. The amount varies depending on vehicle category and insurance coverage selected.

All rentals include basic insurance coverage with an excess liability. Optional protection plans are available to reduce or eliminate the excess

What is your fuel policy?

Most rentals operate on a full-to-full policy. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection.
